Джеймс Д. Г. Дън (роден 21.10.1939 е британски новозаветен учен и в продължение на много години Lightfoot Professor of Divinity в университета на Дъръм.

Дън има МА и BD от университета в Гласгоу и PhD и DD от Кеймбридж. За 2002 Дън е бил президент на Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas, международна органиозация за новозаветни изследвания. Сами трима британски учени са били избирани на този пост в продължение на 25 години. От 2006 той става член на Британската академия.

През 2006 е публикуван сборник посветен на проф Дън съдържащ статии от 27 новозаветни учени свързани с новозаветното изследване и Светия Дух.
